1. What happens if it rains?

If it rains on your event date, you have the option to postpone or cancel. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Refunds are only granted if the delivery driver has NOT arrived and set-up. After the setup has been completed, there will be no refund. Inclement weather(rain, high winds, etc.) is the only variable that will necessitate a refund after the reservation has been made.

Laugh 'n Leap reserves the right to cancel delivery on short notice if it is determined that weather will be a factor in the safety of the participants or harmful to the equipment in any way.

3. How do I go about renting a bounce house?

We have simplified the process of renting our Party Rental Equipment by having an easy online booking system.

Find the attraction/s you're interested in, then click “Reserve Now" and you’ll be directed to select your date & time, then input your party details. At the end, you’ll be directed to the payment page where you input your credit/debit card info and you’re done!

For the initial reservation, we require 50% of the total cost. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to your party date.

4. How much are your party rentals?

Prices vary based on your needs. All prices are viewable on each product page of our website. Delivery & Set-up is an additional fee based on your location.

5. How long will I get to keep the bouncy house?

We arrive promptly before the start of your party. We return at the end of the specified time or later.

6. Does my water run the entire time when I rent a water slide?

No, water does not run the entire time. After the pool is filled, your water source is connected to a sprinkler line on the water slide for water to drip onto the slide during play.
